Orders may be cancelled at any point up to 2 working days following the transaction having been approved for payment provided written notification of the cancellation has been received and acknowledged by Arrow Export who reserve the right to make reasonable charges for any costs incurred in relation to the order.
Reasonable charges may included, but are not limited to, the costs of producing non-standard materials, the costs of purchasing non-returnable materials, cancellation costs imposed on Arrow Export by its suppliers, any storage and shipment costs and any other costs resulting from the cancellation of the order.
At Arrow Export we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (original delivery and return delivery costs, wherever made by Arrow Export, will still be payable by the customer). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. If you require an exchange, please place a new order online
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us by refunding your return postage costs. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. Arrow Export will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
